About the Exhibit
Enter the incredible world of the most noble creature on earth, the dog. Immerse yourself in the science, history, DNA, folklore, legend, literature, and pop culture of dogs.
The exhibit has informational graphic panels, hands-on interactive activities, and the opportunity to meet live dogs and the humans that care for and work with them. The panels highlight topics including canine DNA and domestication, which types of animals are dogs, dogs in entertainment, farm dogs, dog's role in exploration and science, and more. The exhibit also includes several interactive areas and hands-on activities with open-ended questions that lend themselves to further discussion. These activities include flip panels and lighted question and answers.
